Este Acuerdo Social prorroga los ERTE por fuerza mayor hasta el 30 de junio de 2020 para aquellas empresas que no puedan reanudar su actividad por causas de fuerza mayor. Las empresas que puedan recuperar parcialmente su actividad podr\u00e1n proceder a la incorporaci\u00f3n de personas trabajadoras, afectadas por ERTE, primando los ajustes en t\u00e9rminos de reducci\u00f3n de jornada.
