\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Femete distinguir\u00e1 con el reconocimiento YoSoyIgual a las empresas del sector del metal y TIC que cumplan una serie de indicadores donde se demuestre que realmente est\u00e1n comprometidas con la igualdad. As\u00ed lo anunci\u00f3 ayer esta Federaci\u00f3n en el transcurso de la jornada \u201cSiete miradas hacia la igualdad\u201d, que esta patronal organiz\u00f3 en su sede de La Laguna y donde representantes del Cabildo Insular de Tenerife,  Fundaci\u00f3n General de la Universidad de La Laguna, Instituto de Astrof\u00edsica de Canarias, Fred Olsen y Effico protagonizaron un intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la incorporaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en sectores en los que se encuentran infrarrepresentadas.<br> <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo conseguir el reconocimiento?<\/strong><br> El distintivo YoSoyIgual forma parte de una campa\u00f1a que Femete ha puesto en marcha este a\u00f1o subvencionada por el Cabildo de Tenerife, a trav\u00e9s del Marco Estrat\u00e9gico de Actuaciones en Pol\u00edticas de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero Tenerife Violeta. Cualquier empresa que quiera conseguir el reconocimiento YoSoyIgual necesitar\u00e1 cumplir con, al menos, tres de estos diez requisitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Firmar un compromiso expl\u00edcito en materia de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en las condiciones de trabajo, la organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento interno de la empresa o entidad o trabajo aut\u00f3nomo. Dicho compromiso deber\u00e1 constar por escrito y tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 acreditarse la forma elegida por la empresa para realizar su difusi\u00f3n interna y externa. Comprometerse a la incorporaci\u00f3n de la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en la responsabilidad social de la empresa o del trabajo aut\u00f3nomo. Asumir el compromiso del desarrollo de acciones para el fomento de una cultura empresarial basada en la igualdad de oportunidades. Comprometerse o desarrollar una comunicaci\u00f3n, un lenguaje e im\u00e1genes que incorporen la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en la comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa de la empresa.<\/li><li>Haber implantado un Plan de Igualdad, en aquellos supuestos en que la empresa o entidad est\u00e9 obligada a ello por imperativo legal. <\/li><li>Para las empresas que hayan implementado planes de igualdad o medidas de igualdad, haber realizado un balance o informe de seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad o, en su defecto, de las medidas desarrolladas en sus pol\u00edticas de igualdad. La evaluaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 haberse realizado despu\u00e9s de que haya transcurrido al menos un a\u00f1o desde la aprobaci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad o la implantaci\u00f3n de las citadas medidas.<\/li><li>Haber fomentado o desarrollado medidas que permitan la promoci\u00f3n de mujeres y hombres en igualdad de oportunidades.<\/li><li>Favorecer la presencia equilibrada de mujeres y hombres en la empresa, as\u00ed como fomentar la incorporaci\u00f3n de mujeres a ocupaciones en las que est\u00e9n subrepresentadas<\/li><li>Haber desarrollado medidas para favorecer la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida personal, familiar y laboral, fomentando la corresponsabilidad entre trabajadores y trabajadoras.<\/li><li>Asumir el compromiso de favorecer espacios laborales libres de violencia, as\u00ed como de no tolerar conductas constitutivas de acoso.<\/li><li>Poseer, desarrollar o comprometerse al desarrollo de un protocolo de prevenci\u00f3n y actuaci\u00f3n frente al acoso sexual y por raz\u00f3n de sexo.<\/li><li>Asumir el compromiso de la participaci\u00f3n como empresa o en el trabajo aut\u00f3nomo de difundir la igualdad en conferencias, jornadas e intercambio de experiencias empresariales.<\/li><li>Asumir el compromiso de compartir las buenas pr\u00e1cticas que en materia de igualdad se implementen en su empresa.<br> <strong>Femete, entidad pionera<\/strong><br> En la inauguraci\u00f3n de la mencionada jornada intervinieron la consejera insular del \u00c1rea de Acci\u00f3n Social, Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Diversidad y delegada de Igualdad y Prevenci\u00f3n de la Violencia de G\u00e9nero del Cabildo de Tenerife, Mar\u00eda Ana Franquet, y el presidente de Femete, Alberto Villalobos, quien destac\u00f3 que esta Federaci\u00f3n \u201csiempre ha mostrado un alt\u00edsimo nivel de implicaci\u00f3n a la hora de colaborar, desarrollar, promocionar y ejecutar acciones dirigidas al fomento y a la sensibilizaci\u00f3n en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero y el fomento del empleo femenino entre la poblaci\u00f3n canaria, y m\u00e1s espec\u00edficamente entre sus cerca de 1.500 empresas, con unos 6.000 trabajadores\/as y las 3.000 personas que se forman cada a\u00f1o en sus instalaciones.
